If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from RomikaUSA.com, we accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. Returned product must be unworn, resalable, in original condition & packaging to receive a refund. All returns are subject to inspection.

RETURN PROCESS

If you would like to return an item, please visit our returns portal.

EXCHANGES

    - Size/Color Exchanges - If you simply need to exchange for a different size or color; please use our returns portal to complete your exchange. Your exchange order is placed once we process your return.
    - Style Exchanges - If you would like to exchange for a different style. Please complete a return through our returns portal. Then purchase the new style on our site.

Please note, exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested exchange item is unavailable, Romika USA will issue a credit to your credit card used for the initial item purchase.

REFUNDS

Please allow 7 to 10 business days from return ship date for our warehouse to receive and process your return. Refunds will be issued to the original credit card used at time of purchase.
Please allow 5 to 7 business days, after return processing, for the credit to be issued to your card.

SHIPPING FEES

We provide a free pre-paid shipping label for all purchases, returns and exchanges. If you are making a return for any reason other than an exchange or defective product, Romika USA will deduct $6.00 fee from your refund.
